Physiotherapy in Winnipeg | KB Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy

Your initial assessment is 60 minutes, allowing time to understand your full story and perform a thorough physical examination.

From there, we’ll work together to create a clear, individualized treatment plan built around your goals. Treatment may include:

  • Targeted exercise and movement strategies

  • Pain education and self-management tools

  • Hands-on manual therapy to help manage symptoms

My goal is not just short-term relief, but long-term confidence in your body.

Personal Training & Online Services

In addition to in-person physiotherapy, I also offer:

  • In-person personal training at Acceleration Performance (Winnipeg)

  • Online personal training and exercise-based rehabilitation programs

Please note: Online services are exercise-based only and are not physiotherapy services and do not replace in-person medical assessment or treatment.

My approach

I use a combination of Exercise, Movement, education and hands on techniques to help you reach your specific goals

I’m Kieran Beveridge, a registered physiotherapist with over five years of clinical experience and more than twelve years working as a personal trainer. I work with everyone from office workers dealing with persistent back or neck pain to athletes returning to sport.

Every physiotherapy session is 1-on-1, giving you my full attention from start to finish.

I have a special interest in treating:

  • Chronic pain

  • Back and neck pain

  • Sports injuries

  • Post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation

I’ve completed continuing education in ACL rehabilitation, chronic pain, back pain, SI joint pain, and Stecco Fascial Manipulation (Level 1), and I stay current with best practices in physiotherapy care.

My approach prioritizes:

  • Movement and exercise

  • Education and understanding your pain

  • Building strength and resilience

  • Gradual return to activity

Hands-on therapy is used when appropriate to help reduce pain and improve movement, but long-term success comes from empowering you to manage your condition independently.
